Product launch · challenge sign-ups
Launch window
We ran Paid Media on Meta Ads for the launch of Miriam Collado’s Visibility Academy programme. After a few weeks reworking the account structure and improving audiences, we launched the programme and scaled it within days to capture the maximum volume of leads, because that is what a launch lives or dies on. This is what we achieved during the two-week launch window:
Sign-ups
During the launch, compared with the account’s usual pace.
CPL
We brought it down even while raising volume, thanks to intensive creative testing.
Average cost per lead
Average cost per sign-up during the launch, holding lead quality while we scaled volume.
// The differential
The key was our own daily reporting tool, which shows the state of the campaign at any moment and sends custom alerts per client type. That gave us detailed visibility of what was happening in real time, so we could judge whether the algorithm was digesting such a large budget increase in such a short window.
// How we did it
Our reporting tool let us monitor CPL vs. volume in real time with custom alerts, which is critical in a launch where campaigns go live from one day to the next.
Heavy groundwork to scale creative output: we iterated on what worked best, generated variants with AI and gave the algorithm more options so it could settle on the winners.
Very fast response times on both sides: as soon as we had the assets, we shipped from one day to the next. In launches like this a thousand things can break in a short time, and agile communication was key to reacting on the spot.

“A senior team that decides and operates, with a full-funnel view and campaigns connected to the P&L. The transparency, the full control of the data and the measurement gave me real peace of mind. Zero fluff!”
