You're paying for thousands of TikTok views and sales aren't moving

We work on the video and the measurement before the budget. And if TikTok isn't worth it for you, we'll say so.

Monday morning. Your team put the video that worked best on Instagram up on TikTok. The dashboard shows plenty of views and cheap clicks. You open this week's sales and they look just like last week's.

On TikTok, people flick past videos without thinking. Anything that smells like an ad gets skipped, and the algorithm stops showing it. That's why we start with the video. Measurement comes next: if the pixel misses sales, TikTok learns from partial data and goes after the wrong people.

Five questions to find out whether a TikTok Ads agency knows where the lever is

Under each one, what we do. So you can compare.

1. Who comes up with the videos?
We write the brief for each piece, meaning what gets said in the opening shot and from which angle the story is told. Who films it we decide with you, using your team or creators.

2. How do you know a video is worn out?
We put two Ads Manager columns side by side: 2-second views and 6-second views. If the first holds and the second drops, the opening works and the video loses people after it, so we rework the middle. If both drop, it's time for a new video.

3. How will you measure sales?
With the pixel and the Events API together. The pixel is the code on your site that tells TikTok about a sale from the browser. The Events API sends the same signal from your server, where ad blockers can't stop it. Both carry the same ID so one purchase isn't counted twice. You can check this today: in TikTok's Events Manager, open your purchase event and see whether it arrives from the browser and from the server too.

4. Which number sets the budget?
Your new sales. TikTok can claim the purchase of someone who watched the video and searched for you on Google days later. When we raise or cut spend, we check whether total sales in your store or sales system move with it. More in why your analytics and the ad platform report different numbers.

5. When will you tell me TikTok isn't worth it?
Before we start. If you can't film new video every month, pieces wear out and costs climb. If the person who signs off the purchase doesn't spend time on TikTok, like the procurement manager picking a machinery supplier, that money works harder on Google or Meta. We'll tell you even if it means losing the work.

What you can do today, before talking to anyone

Export your TikTok ads report for the last 90 days and run it through the dead spend auditor. It takes TikTok files and tells you which part of your budget hasn't brought a single conversion. The file never leaves your browser.

If the result doesn't add up, request an audit of your account. We look at your videos and your measurement and tell you what to fix first, or whether TikTok should go.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on scope: how many accounts and markets, how many videos a month, and whether measurement needs rebuilding. We quote after we've seen the account.

What happens to the pixel and audiences if we're switching from another agency?

They stay. They live in your Business Center, TikTok's parent account, which is in your company's name. We review what's there, keep what works and fix measurement before moving any budget.

Is TikTok paying off, or is it noise?
Request the audit. We look at your videos and your measurement and give you a verdict: what to fix first, or where that money works harder.
